17 000 m² of usable floor area, 12 m of storage height and 28 000 pallet spaces are the greatest benefits of the warehouse in Mokrzec – one of the most modern objects intended for a complex logistics service, being a part of the Podkarpackie Logistics Park.
The warehouse in Mokrzec is located near our head office in Pilzno, to the east of Cracow at the E40 route Rzeszow-Cracow, directly at the exit of the Pilzno bypass. The distance to the exit to the A4 motorway towards the bording crossing with Ukraine is only 15 km. This creates excellent conditions for collaboration with companies which focus on distributing goods to the countries of East-Central Europe.

Moreover, we use the most modern information system – Warehouse Management System (WMS) which controls all processes within the warehouse. WMS tracks all goods stored (even the smallest boxes) and ensures that all stages of storage are performed properly.
The warehouse in Mokrzec is also a type A public customs warehouse. It can be used directly after importing goods to Poland from non-EU countries. Customs clearence is simplified and this allows to avoid paying customs fees and taxes, such as VAT or duty, until all goods intended for trade are imported.
Storing goods in a customs warehouse is a chance to get more time to complete documentation necessary to obtain the permit to import non-community goods to Poland or import them back while avoiding paying customs fees and taxes. On the other hand, stored goods may be prepared for further sale at the order of their owners. For this purpose, qualified warehouse workers follow necessary processes: repackaging, labelling and packaging – they sort, compile, pack and label products according to customers’ requirements. Our warehouse staff also supports customers in terms of formal issues related to obtaining the permit from simplified customs clearance.
The warehouse in Mokrzec is one of our most important investments this year on which we constantly focus. Its area after completion will be 70 000 m².
